Shrink Films
Also known as shrink wrap films, are a type of packaging material that, when heated, shrinks tightly around an object or product, conforming to its shape. These films are typically made from plastic polymers, such as polyethylene (PE) or polyolefin, that have been engineered to have shrink properties.
Containment and protection: The film acts as a barrier, safeguarding the item from damage during transportation, storage, or handling.
Tamper-evident packaging: Once the film is heat-shrunk, any attempt to open or tamper with the package is visible, ensuring the integrity of the product.
Visual appeal and branding: Shrink films provide a transparent or translucent covering that allows the product to be visible while still providing protection. But also, the films can be custom-printed enhancing the visual appeal of the product.
Versatile packaging: They can conform to different shapes and sizes, providing a secure and snug fit.
